Sterling College will be hosting a series of public talks and sensory evaluation workshops this summer through its School of the New American Farmstead. They will be June 19 - August 16th.
This is the second of the series, Fermented Foods: a sensory evaluation workshop led by Adele Berrier, a Sensory Evaluation Specialist. Participants will sample foods during a sensory evaluation to learn the vocabulary used to describe elementary tastes, flavors, aromas and textures. Fee: $10 person for food supplies and registration is required. Will be held at the Common House.
