Training -> Low-Tech Monoprint Workshop (adults and high school students)

Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2022
Time: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Learn the basics of printmaking in a low-tech, experimental format. Students will produce one-of-a-kind images by ink transfer, bridging the gap between drawing, painting, and printmaking. Materials will include common household packaging, such as plastic bags, cereal boxes, Styrofoam trays, sticks, office paper and ballpoint pens. This is a great introduction for anyone looking to get into printmaking without needing all the specialty tools used in traditional printmaking techniques.

Instructor: Nico Lima.  Class fee: $100 ($90 for Catamount Arts members and high school students,) materials included.

Registration deadline: September 26.

Parents of high school students under age 18: please complete an Enrollment Form.  Wednesdays:  Sept. 28, Oct. 5 and Oct. 12.
